THE PLACE Your room is around 9m2 and is located in the hallway, the most secluded room – you will have a quiet and peaceful room. Since the appartment is located on the third floor, you will have a lovely view of the water from your window. The appartment got renovated less than a year ago so it is important to me that you will take good care of the place. The appartment is very modern and clean. Most of the facilities are still very new. Your room is furnished with a extendable bed that can be adjusted for any kind of mattress (excluding a mattress), a desk and a cabinet/wardrobe for free. Our storage is on the ground floor which is very convenient for your bicycle. The appartment itself is in total 83 m2. The bathroom, toilet, balcony, kitchen will be shared with three other roommates. All basic necessities are available like a laundry machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped and you are allowed to make use of the equipment. Cleaning will be done according to a cleaning schedule. COSTS & REGISTRATION The rent includes all the service costs (gas, water, electricity and internet). There is an additional one-time fee of 150 euros for the contract. The deposit for the room is 520 euros which also includes the deposit for the keys. The deposit will be refunded if you did not damage anything or lose the keys.
